Krishna is my beloved and sweet protector.
Lord of the destitute, shelterer of the devotees,
he remains ever with me.
Sing the glories of the Vedas;
Krishna is especially attractive to me.
His eyes are as lotuses;
most wonderful are his sweet words.
He gives happiness to the lowly;
he wears four ornaments.
With folded hands,
again and again I worship him,
my beloved and sweet protector.
Thou art my Lord; I take shelter in Thee.
